In the box, you will receive Diamond/Ring, Hard Copy of IGI/GIA/GCAL certificate.
Yes. All of our shipments are 100% insured.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Domestic orders are usually in transit for 3–7 days. For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country when the parcel arrives.
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel with the courier. You can also check your order status anytime in My Account.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once we have started making your piece, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping
Domestic shipments are usually in transit for 3–7 days. Every piece is made to order, so making time is added before your parcel ships.
Yes. We can change the delivery address at any time before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Import duties and taxes for international orders may have to be paid when the parcel arrives in your country. This depends on your country. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside India.
Please check the box and the product when your parcel arrives. If the product is damaged, contact us and send it back — we will repair it or make a new one for you. See our Shipping Policy.
Return & Refund
Every piece is made to order for you. Once we have started making it, the order cannot be cancelled or returned because of a change of mind.
Submit your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving your items. You pre-pay the return shipping and we refund it when the claim is approved. We process claims within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once a warranty claim is approved, you can choose a refund to your payment method, a refund in store credit, or a replacement item. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
Orders & Ring Sizes
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once we have started making your piece, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Log in to My Account to see your orders. When your order ships you also get a tracking link by email.
If a product is out of stock, we will make a new one for you.
